What is Your Favorite, Pumpkin or Cranberry?

With this healthy and nutritious recipe, you get both! Plus they are gluten free! A great treat for Halloween parties or for the weekend after Halloween. On the other hand Thanksgiving is coming up, so make lots and have them ready for treats at Thanksgiving. These superfood packed bars are both healthy and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 5 Tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree

  • 2 cups gluten free rolled oats

  • 3/4 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup Craisins (dried cranberries)

  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 3/8 teaspoons ground allspice

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
